| dc.description | Sustainable development to harmonize the activities carried out in Puerto Bolivar, has with objective the well-being of its inhabitants through the construction of a modern infrastructure of first order and provide a better service and efficient. This research theme planning and programming of the project work being necessary: "Enlargement and Architectural Remodelling of Pier Cabotage of Port Authority of Puerto Bolivar”, with the purpose of carrying out planning and project schedule. Using a research methodology's bibliographic query in the same way is analyzed with a hypothetical reasoning - deductive in order to comply with the requirements of the SERCOP in INCOP resolution N ° 054-2011 in its article 5 ´Preparation of the terms of reference´. To use the route method critics or critical path (CPM) by knowing prior performance and amounts of each of the activities involved in the work, thus obtaining the respective durations, group work, materials and equipment. Is graphic in Microsoft Project by determining the predecessors and joined the bar Gantt chart with each of the products by performing calculations of the IMP-TMP with its graphics. Take also into account schedules valued work, physical forward, use of time, labor, equipment and material with their respective cost, resulting in a time of execution of 180 days. Having these timetables and planning is vital so that at the moment of executing the work takes into account the time needed to arrange the work and expense that demand. | dc.description.abstract | El desarrollo sustentable para armonizar las actividades que se realizan en Puerto Bolívar, tiene con objetivo el bienestar de sus habitantes a través de la construcción de una infraestructura moderna de primer orden y brindar un servicio más adecuado y eficiente. Siendo necesario el presente trabajo de investigación bajo el tema Planeación y Programación del Proyecto: “Ampliación y Remodelación Arquitectónica del Muelle de Cabotaje de Autoridad Portuaria de Puerto Bolívar, con el propósito de realizar la planeación y programación del proyecto. Se utiliza una metodología investigativa de consultas bibliográficas del mismo modo se analiza con un razonamiento hipotético – deductivo para poder cumplir con los requerimientos del SERCOP en la Resolución INCOP N° 054-2011 en su Artículo 5 ´Elaboración de los términos de referencia´. Se utiliza el Método de la Ruta Crítica o camino crítico (CPM) por conocer con anterioridad el rendimiento y cantidades de cada una de las actividades que intervienen en la obra, obteniendo así las respectivas duraciones, grupo de trabajo, materiales y equipo. Se graficó en el Microsoft Project determinando las predecesoras y se integró con el diagrama de barra Gantt cada uno de los rubros realizando cálculos del IMP-TMP con sus gráficas. Se tomara también en cuenta los cronogramas valorados de trabajo, avance físico, el de utilización de tiempo, mano de obra, equipo y materiales con su respectivo costo, dando como resultado un tiempo de ejecución de obra de 180 días. El contar con estos cronogramas y planificación es de vital importancia para que al momento de ejecutarse los trabajos se tome en cuenta los tiempos necesarios para concretar la obra y el gasto que demanda.
