Abstract
Aquellas empresas consideradas PYMES que ese encuentran controladas y reguladas por la Superintendencia de Compañías en el Ecuador pueden registrar en su contabilidad las reservas que aparecen en el grupo del patrimonio, esta cuenta es calculada luego de haber distribuido el 15% de participación a los trabajadores y haber deducido el 22% del cálculo del impuesto a la renta; la Reserva Legal resulta de la multiplicación de hasta el 10% de la utilidad neta del ejercicio en las sociedades anónimas y el 5% en las de Responsabilidad Limitada; en las compañías de sociedad anónima la reserva no será más allá del 50% del capital social y el 20% del capital como tope máximo, este ahorro la empresa lo puede tomar a futuro para compensar y absorber las posibles pérdidas y responder obligación futuras con partes relacionadas y no relacionadas.
