dc.descriptionEl objetivo de la presente investigación es determinar mediante la investigación bibliográfica el tratamiento actualizado para la enfermedad pulmonar obstructiva crónica (EPOC) en pacientes que llegan a la atención primaria de salud. Materiales y métodos: se realizó revisión bibliográfica actualizada en PUBMED, SCIELO, SCOPUS y revistas como LANCET, la revista de la sociedad Española y Americana de neumología. El tratamiento realizado al paciente del caso clínico se estableció siguiendo las guías GOLD 2019 y procediendo según las mismas a que luego de la atención primaria de salud derivar al paciente al siguiente nivel de especialidad para su evaluación y control.es_ES
dc.description.abstractThe objective of this research is determined trough bibliographic research current treatment for chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) in patients in primary health care. Materials and methods: bibliograpic review was made in PUBMED, SCIELO, SCOPUS and journals like LANCET and the Spanish and American society of pulonology journal. The treatment made in the clinical case was base don GOLD 2019 guidelines and procedure according to them that go after primary health care refer the patient to the next leve lof specialty for evaluation and control.es_ES
