Abstract
El Certificado Médico de Defunción, es el modelo oficial y el registro primario del sistema de información estadística de mortalidad del país, tienen la responsabilidad los médicos de salud del buen llenado de este documento para de esta manera determinar la causa exacta de muerte, para fines demográficos, paremiológicos, y médico legal, este documento legal cuyo formato es recomendado por la OMS, permite la comunicación y comparación internacional. Los profesionales en su vida de estudiante no tienen una buena instrucción o capacitación sobre el correcto llenado del certificado de defunción o tienen el desconocimiento de signos y síntomas causantes de la muerte de la persona, teniendo que aplicar la autopsia verbal a los familiares, y de esta manera definir la causa básica de defunción que se clasificará mediante la aplicación del CIE-10 donde se encuentran los códigos a las muertes ocurridas y llevar a cabo políticas de salud de acuerdo a las causales de mortalidad.
Description
The Medical Death Certificate is the official model and the primary registry of the statistical information system of mortality of the country, the health doctors have the responsibility of the good filling of this document in order to determine the exact cause of death, for purposes demographic, epidemiological, and legal medical, this legal document whose format is recommended by the WHO, allows international communication and comparison. The professionals in their student life do not have a good instruction or training on the correct filling of the death certificate or they have the ignorance of signs and symptoms that cause the death of the person, having to apply the verbal autopsy to the relatives, and this way define the basic cause of death that will be classified through the application of CIE-10 where the codes are found to the deaths that have occurred and carry out health policies according to the causes of mortality.
