| dc.description | La agenda de reducción de riesgos del cantón Portovelo, se realizó en base a las amenazas naturales existentes como deslaves e inundaciones, la finalidad de esta agenda es crear medidas para la reducción de las vulnerabilidades de este cantón, además de integrar diferentes actividades donde se interactúe con el pueblo tales como casas abiertas, debates, campañas, entre otros. La metodología que se utiliza en el presente trabajo es la desarrollada por el SNGRE, nos permite realizar un diagnóstico para verificar si existen vulnerabilidades institucionales en el cantón Portovelo, como también si existen los recursos esenciales para acudir con ayuda a la población al momento de que existe un desastre, además nos indica la población que se encuentra vulnerable ante eventos peligrosos y si cuentan con los servicios básicos esenciales para toda persona. Una vez identificadas todas las vulnerabilidades del cantón se procede a la identificación de problemas que actualmente afecten al cantón y a la realización de las medidas necesarias para que un riesgo de desastre no tenga mayor magnitud de afectación o a su vez no ocasione ningún tipo de daño. | es_ES |
| dc.description.abstract | The risk reduction agenda was carried out in the Portovelo canton, based on existing natural threats such as landslides and floods, the purpose of this agenda is to create measures to reduce the vulnerabilities of this canton, in addition to integrating different activities where they are interact with the people such as open houses, debates, campaigns, among others.
