Importancia del estudio técnico en un proyecto de inversión.

Abstract

The following research contains the importance of the technical study before making an investment, this being its main objective and the subject to be investigated. The methodology used was quantitative qualitative, through bibliographic and field research. In the first case, different scientific articles and texts of some authors were consulted, and the second point, surveys were applied to 10 entrepreneurs from different productive sectors of the province of El Oro, El Guabo canton, urban area, whose results indicate that the Most entrepreneurs have created their businesses only empirically or by taking advantage of an opportunity that is presented to them in a timely manner. Finally, it is concluded that, despite not having technical studies, the investments have been accurate.
