The great presence that they have in the local panorama, of the country, and of the region as a generator of employment, make of these, productive units of great importance and necessity for the small localities, as an alternative to the large means of large-scale production. of capital as labor. For this reason, an analysis is carried out that determines, by means of a theoretical and descriptive investigation (by means of a practical case), the characteristics, the environment in which they operate, and also their level of development and growth at the local level. Additionally, it is possible to know the possibilities that exist and the strategies used for the local media for their permanence.
