Correcta aplicación de los pictogramas en el transporte internacional para la manipulación y exportación de mercancías.

Abstract

Currently, exports of goods or services have gained considerable importance in the economy of a company, since, sales in greater volume promote the increase in monetary income, while contributing to business growth. The commercial exchange is held under the existence of a purchase-sale contract where rights and obligations of the participating parties are specified. There is a rigorous process that the company performs to prepare the shipment of the good to its destination, for this, there is a trained staff from the acquisition of the raw material to the delivery in the agreed place of the product, this is done by the logistics operator and its support staff from each operational and administrative area. In the present investigation case, emphasis is placed on the use of pictograms and symbologies, on the tertiary packaging of merchandise destined for export during international transport, to know the proper use and classification. The exploratory - descriptive method was used that allowed to specify the study phenomenon by reviewing research articles and information from web pages of related entities. The final decision before the problem raised, it was determined that everything that happens to the merchandise is the responsibility of the seller until the responsibility is transferred to the buyer, meanwhile it must comply with what was agreed by other means of compensation for the merchandise in bad state.
