Abstract
En la Finca Floresta 3 Ganadería y Piscicultura”, de propiedad del Sr. Jaime Obando Checa,
el cual está ubicada en la parroquia San Gabriel del Baba Km 2 de la vía San Gabriel,
provincia de Santo Domingo de los Tsachilas. La investigación que se realizaron fue sobre la
cría de tilapia orgánica roja (oreochromis spp.) en la Parroquia San Gabriel del Baba (Santo
Domingo), el periodo de duración de la investigación es de 6 meses desde Enero a Junio del
2010. Los objetivo que fueron del trabajo de investigación son :1.Evaluar el crecimiento y
peso de alevines de tilapia orgánica sometida a dos diferentes densidades de siembra en los
estanques, 2.Establecer la sobrevivencia de la tilapia con tratamiento orgánico, 3.Determinar
la sobrevivencia del predador en el cultivo. El trabajo de investigación se realizará en dos
estanques, la primera con un área de 550 m2 y la segunda a razón de 598 m²; con una
profundidad de 1 m. Los juveniles de tilapia roja fueron obtenidos de mismo lugar la Finca
Floresta 3 Ganadería y Piscicultura, provincia de Santo Domingo de los Tsachilas. Las
densidades de siembra en los estanques fueron de 2 200 y 4 784 juveniles de tilapia roja. La
colocación de los predadores para el control de la reproducción se los obtuvieron en un estero
que circula por el mismo lugar donde se lleva a cabo la investigación, y la siembra se la
realizo después de los 15 días, se las traslado en baldes con agua las 180 guabinas, de las que
fueron colocados 60 en cada estanque, la alimentación de la tilapia en los estanques se
empezó con balanceado de 32 % de proteína los dos primeros meses, el 28 % de proteína el
tercer al cuarto mes y el quinto al sexto mes de 24 % de proteína, las horas de alimentación se
lo realizo tres veces con intervalo de entre 6 horas y 4 horas cada dosis (7H00; 13H00;
17H00), la forma de alimentación sometida al boleo en los dos estanques. En el Análisis
Económico indico que los mayores ingresos se obtuvieron en el estanque de tratamiento B,
que en la de tratamiento A. Por lo que demuestra que la inversión por el alimento
suplementario no arroja perdida.
Description
In the Property Floresta 3 Cattle ranch and Fish-farming”, of property of Mr. Jaime Czech
Obando, which is located in the parish San Gabriel of the Dribble km2 of the route San
Gabriel, province of Santo Domingo of the Tsachilas. The investigation that was realised was
on the red young of tilapia organic (oreochromis spp.) in the Parish San Gabriel of the Dribble
(Santo Domingo), the period of duration of the investigation is of 6 months from January to
June of the 2010. The objective that was of the work of investigation is: to 1.Evaluar the
growth and organic weight of young fishes of tilapia put under two different densidades from
sowing in the pools, to 2.Establecer the survival of tilapia with organic treatment, to
3.Determinar the survival of the predator in the culture. The work of investigation will be
realised in two pools, first with an area of 550 m² and second at the rate of 598 m²; with a
depth of 1 ms. Youthful from tilapia the red one Cattle ranch and Fish-farming were obtained
from same place the Property Floresta 3, province of Santo Domingo of the Tsachilas. The

boleo in both pools. In the Economic Analysis I indicate that the majors income were
obtained in the pool of treatment B, that in the one of treatment A. Reason why demonstrates
that the investment by the additional food does not throw lost.
