dc.descriptionRecibir un trasplante nos permite sustituir un órgano afectado, recuperar la salud y prolongar la vida. El HLA y el linfocito B son los protagonistas del rechazo del injerto, debido a que expresan el gen CD30 que les ayuda a efectuar un mejor reconocimiento de los antígenos propios del organismo y ocasionar la muerte del órgano trasplantado. Por lo tanto, nos debemos asegurar que el HLA y linfocitos B no reconozcan al injerto como algo extraño. El objetivo planteado fue Analizar la función del Complejo Mayor de Histocompatibilidad y el linfocito B para comprender su mecanismo de acción en el rechazo de órganos a través de una revisión bibliográfica de bases de datos y revistas de carácter científico. Conclusión el HLA y el linfocito B, realizan el reconocimiento antigénico, la producción de anticuerpos y diversas funciones inmunitarias que conllevan a un rechazo. El 80% de pérdida de un injerto a hecho de la técnica cruzada o Crossmatch-CDC una de las más utilizadas a nivel mundial.es_ES
dc.description.abstractReceiving a transplant allows us to replace an affected organ, restore health and prolong life. HLA and B lymphocytes are the protagonists of graft rejection, because they express the CD30 gene that helps them better recognize the organism's own antigens and cause the death of the transplanted organ. Therefore, we must ensure that the HLA and B lymphocytes do not recognize the graft as something foreign. The stated objective was to analyze the function of the Major Histocompatibility Complex and the B lymphocyte to understand its mechanism of action in organ rejection through a bibliographic review of databases and scientific journals. Conclusion HLA and B lymphocytes perform antigen recognition, antibody production and various immune functions that lead to rejection. The 80% loss of a graft is due to the crossed technique or Crossmatch-CDC, one of the most used worldwide.es_ES
