Fue elaborada mediante la necesidad de aportar con la comunidad en afán de desarrollar sus capacidades fisícas a través de la práctica marcial- deportiva en su disciplina de judo el mismo que cuenta con una propuesta denomidada seminario – taller de iniciación de judo como estrategia política para masificar el deporte en la liga parroquial de puerto bolívar, su objeto es motivado a raíz de verificar que en el lugar donde hice la investigación no cuenta con personal capacitado en esta disciplina deportiva. | es_ES |
