Abstract
En el presente investigación, se ha defendido la hipótesis de que la tipicidad de la promoción del delito juvenil en el código orgánico integral penal ecuatoriano, ha propiciado el crecimiento del índice de infracciones en que participan adolescentes, lo que mantiene en zozobra a la sociedad, sin que exista una respuesta objetiva acerca de una posible solución. Además se ha considerado con mucho valor que la promoción de adolescentes infractores, lesiona el derecho de los menores al libre desarrollo de la personalidad, y a tomar decisiones propias sobre su proyecto de vida, ya que las teorías que explican el delito juvenil aceptan que los adolescentes son muy susceptibles de ser influenciados por terceros hacia el cometimiento de infracciones.
Description
In this research, has defended the hypothesis that the typicality of promoting youth criminal offense in the Ecuadorian organic whole code has encouraged the growth rate of offenses involving adolescents, keeping in distress to society, without any objective answer about a possible solution. It has also been considered with great courage that promoting adolescent offenders, infringes the right of children to free development of personality, and make their own decisions about their life project, since theories that explain juvenile crime accept that adolescents are very likely to be influenced by others to the commission of offenses.
