dc.descriptionThis research evaluates the feasibility and economic feasibility for the corporation Espon Corp, through financial tools the expansion project was analyzed since it consists in the creation of a new branch in the city of Machala and after the respective contextualizations about the capital budget, Which served as the basis for applying the net present value, the internal rate of return, and the recovery period. In general it was determined in the results obtained through iterative process evidencing the convenience of the project, which were positive to proceed with the respective approval and execution of the investment of the shareholders.es_ES
dc.description.abstractEsta investigación evalúa la viabilidad y factibilidad económica para la corporación Espon Corp, mediante herramientas financieras se analizó el proyecto de expansión ya que consiste en la creación de una nueva sucursal en la ciudad de Machala y luego de las respectivas contextualizaciones acerca del presupuesto de capital, que sirvió como base para aplicar el valor actual neto, la tasa interna de retorno, y el periodo de recuperación. En general se determinó en los resultados obtenidos mediante proceso iterativo evidenciando la conveniencia del proyecto, los cuales se mostraron positivos para proceder a la respectiva aprobación y ejecución la inversión de los accionistas.es_ES
