Abstract
The new updates due to the great technological changes and the effect of the globalization that has been of great boom in this century, in fact the companies either large medium or small fight; not to mention competing to remain in the market so that they are solvent to meet their needs and those of society. Applying a financial analysis would make a company or company exquisite in information because, depending on this, it could know its operation, the position it maintains in the market and the effects that cause the application of decisions by the administrators either positively or negatively In the same way, a financial analysis is proposed for PEPSI CO where it is possible to determine its economic situation that, through its complete financial statements, accurate information on the operability of the company can be obtained.

Las nuevas actualizaciones debido a los grandes cambios tecnológicos y por el efecto de la globalización que ha sido de gran auge en este siglo, en efecto las empresas ya sean grandes medianas o pequeñas luchan; por no decir compiten por mantenerse en el mercado de manera que sean solventes para satisfacer sus necesidades y las de la sociedad. Aplicar un análisis financiero haría de una empresa o compañía exquisita en información porque en función a esto se podría conocer su funcionamiento, la posición que mantiene en el mercado y los efectos que provocan la aplicación de decisiones por parte de los administrativos ya sean de forma positiva o negativamente. Del mismo modo se plantea un análisis financiero para PEPSI CO donde permita determinar su situación económica que mediante sus estados financieros completos se podrá obtener información certera sobre la operatividad de la compañía.
