| dc.description | The bibliographical research of this work is oriented in the design of a topical pharmaceutical product with antimycotic activity, using nystatin as active principle, applying the method of deductive and descriptive research based on a compilation, revision and processing of scientific information related to the object of research, which did not allow to reach the proposed objectives, managing to design the five formulations, declaring their components in the allowed orders that justified their selection. In addition, we established the method of elaboration, the quality control tests, a study plan of the stability, the selection of the appropriate resource for its respective label designed according to national regulations. | es_ES |
| dc.description.abstract | La investigación bibliográfica de este trabajo se orienta en el diseño de un polvo farmacéutico tópico con actividad antimicótica, empleando la nistatina como principio activo, aplicando el método de investigación deductivo y descriptivo a partir de una recopilación, revisión y procesamiento de información científica relacionada al objeto de investigación, lo que nos permitió alcanzar los objetivos propuestos, logrando diseñar las cinco formulaciones, declarando sus componentes en cantidades permitidas justificando su selección. Además se estableció el método de elaboración, los ensayos de control de calidad, un plan de estudio de estabilidad, la selección del envase adecuado a utilizar con su respectiva etiqueta diseñada aplicando normativas del país. | es_ES |
