Abstract

Abuse of minors is a worldwide problem that affects our society, despite the interventions of various institutions has not been mitigated in its entirety. They are violated the rights of children and adolescents, undermining their physical, emotional and intellectual integrity this multi-causal problem is due to psychological, family, economic posed by parents or caregivers who downloaded with their children causing them harm. Child abuse causes damage to the normal development of a child multidisciplinary intervention (physician, social worker, psychologist, and lawyer) both with the victim, the perpetrator and the family assaulted allow the enjoyment of their rights and develop in a proper family environment.
