dc.descriptionEl trabajo tiene como objetivo la elaboración de un manual de seguridad En el estudio se utilizó la investigación de conceptos básicos sobre gastronomía, los restaurantes y su importancia, los procesos de un restaurantes y los riesgos que pueden ocurrir en el mismo, una vez que se recoleto la información necesaria se escogió cuáles son los puestos que necesitan más seguridad, y se especificaron las funciones y responsabilidad de cada uno de ellos, por último, se establecieron medidas de seguridad que tendrán que seguir todo el personal para un correcto funcionamiento del local. El objetivo principal del diseño de manuales es garantizar la seguridad de los trabajadores y de los clientes.es_ES
dc.description.abstractThe objective of the work is to develop a safety manual.
