| dc.description | The present investigation in which a study and search of information of vital importance has been carried out where we will discover the answers to the objectives raised at the beginning of this research project, in order to be able to determine the problematic that exists from the point of view socio- Educational, socio-familiar, psycho-social and emotional from the family nucleus and the different types of development in which the children develop, as well as in the home, as well as in the academic center where they practice their learning, for this we will choose to use several Mechanisms and measures for the protection of minors, encouraging the whole community to be aware of the rights of the child that are established in international treaties, such as the Geneva Declaration on the Rights of the Child, the Convention Of Rights on Minors approved by the United Nations; Within our legal system we also have as constitutional regulations for the protection of rights the Constitution of the Republic of Ecuador, as well as supplementary rules that also help and safeguard the rights of minors, these are the Organic Code of Children and Adolescents, Organic Code Integral Criminal among others; For which we will use the hermeneutic method with these regulations where we will make a study and comparative analysis according to our case study object, thus seeking a development of quality for the child with the safety and protection measures that we will raise in the present research work . | es_ES |
| dc.description.abstract | La presente investigación en la cual se ha realizado un estudio y búsqueda de información de vital importancia donde descubriremos las respuestas a los objetivos planteados al inicio de este proyecto de investigación, para efectos de poder determinar la problemática que existe desde el punto de vista socio-educativo, socio-familiar, psicosocial y emocional desde el núcleo familiar y los distintos tipos de desarrollo en la cual se desenvuelven los menores, tanto como en el hogar, así como en el centro académico donde ejerce su aprendizaje, para esto optaremos en utilizar varios mecanismos y medidas de protección del menor, incentivando a que toda la comunidad tenga conocimiento de cuáles son los derechos que le asisten al menor los mismos que se encuentran establecidos en tratados internacionales, como son la Declaración de Ginebra sobre los Derechos del Niño, la Convención de Derechos sobre los menores aprobada por la Organización de Naciones Unidas; dentro de nuestro ordenamiento jurídico también tenemos como normativa constitucional de protección de derechos la Constitución de la República del Ecuador, al igual que normas supletorias que también coadyuvan y salvaguardan derechos de los menores, estos son el Código Orgánico de la Niñez y Adolescencia, Código Orgánico Integral Penal entre otros; para lo cual utilizaremos el método hermenéutico con dichas normativas donde realizaremos un estudio y análisis comparativo de acuerdo a nuestro caso objeto de estudio logrando buscar así un desarrollo de calidad para el menor con las medidas de seguridad y protección que plantearemos en el presente trabajo de investigación. | es_ES |
