Formulación de una crema cosmecéutica con propiedades antioxidantes a base de miel de abeja (apis mellifera l)

Abstract

Since ancient times, honey has been used as part of natural medicine for its multiple therapeutic properties attributed to its chemical composition. The present research work is based on the formulation of an O / W type cosmeceutical cream with antioxidant properties using honey from the Apis mellifera species as the active principle. Methods were established to determine the quality control of the raw material and the final product, including the proposal of a stability study, assays for the quantification of phenolic compounds, flavonoids and the analysis of the antioxidant capacity. A type of container for the storage of the formulation was also proposed based on what is indicated by the Argentine Pharmacopoeia and a label model according to the standards established by the country.
