La balanza comercial en Ecuador: análisis de la participación de productos primarios.

Abstract

A look at the trade balance of a country can give us an idea of how much the offer of the same has evolved and the ease it has had to diversify its production over time. The following document contains topics related to international trade and concepts coherent with the proposed topic. Given the nature of the proposal, the inquiry that was made is of investigative type backed by bibliographic information and will be based on tables and graphs in order to create a criterion of opinion about what is being presented. Considering that the situation to be analyzed is related to Ecuador, the information consulted will be only from official sources such as the Banco Central del Ecuador (BCE), Proecuador and the Ministerio de Comercio Exterior e Inversiones. It also mentions projects such as import-substitution industrialization and the change of production matrix and why it has not been put into operation, prevailing a model of commercialization of raw materials.
