Abstract

The case study carried out entitled "Benefits obtained by the company Associated Industrial Stores (TIA) SA for the insurance of its workers for the 2020 period" has been developed in order to know the economic and tax benefits that can be achieved. to receive when the employers of the Associated Industrial Stores, also known as TIA SA, insure their workers once the employment relationship has begun. According to obtaining references from authors, the perception of each one is presented in terms of related terms such as financial statements, economic well-being, and others. This investigation was carried out with the data collected through bibliographic information records in the period of the year 2020. The results of the investigation were positive to the hypothesis, in evidence an accounting culture is promoted where workers are affiliated.
