Abstract
The following research aims to develop an analysis of the alternatives when importing or exporting through Courier services in the city of Machala, where companies such as DHL Express, Tramaco Express, Laars Courier are currently established, which are known for providing quality service to their customers. Consequently, a comparison is made of the services offered by said companies at the time of sending and receiving a package, where we can analyze which are the best alternatives that Machaleños citizens have and what benefits and requirements each of these companies present.

La siguiente investigación tiene como objetivo desarrollar un análisis de las alternativas al momento de realizar una importación o exportación mediante los servicios de Courier en la cuidad de Machala, donde actualmente se encuentran establecidas empresas como DHL Express, Tramaco Express, Laar Courier, las cuales son conocidas por brindar un servicio de calidad a sus clientes. Por consiguiente se realiza una comparación de los servicios que ofrecen dichas empresas al momento de envió y recepción de un paquete, donde podremos analizar cueles son las mejores alternativas que tienen los ciudadanos machaleños y que beneficios y requisitos presentan cada una de estas organizaciones.
