Presupuesto y programación utilizando microsoft project, construcción del alcantarillado sanitario del sector rural “La María” del cantón Machala.

Abstract

This investigation presents the fundamental concepts of the programming of a work, which is the key for the construction projects to be carried out in a successful way. Its main objective is to carry out the planning and programming of the work SANITARY WATER TREATMENT OF THE RURAL SECTOR LA MARIA OF THE CANTON MACHALA PROVINCE EL ORO, where the APU, the budget, the polynomial formula, the chronogram: physical progress, valued work, labor, equipment and materials were determined. All this helps us to estimate the cost and timeframe of the work to be built, it is important to emphasise that the schedules help us to identify during which period which resource is most in demand. Therefore, the scheduling of the work was done with Microsoft Office Project software, which helps us to plan, evaluate, control and schedule, at the time of introducing the tasks with their durations and defining the predecessor tasks; we will have as a result the deadline and control of the work.
