Proceso de atención de enfermería en adolescentes con problemas de alcoholismo y drogadicción.

Abstract

Adolescence is a stage in which there are great changes and cognitive, behavioral and emotional transformations. All these changes are due to the maturational processes at the brain level. In the search for new and different sensations, adolescents sometimes adopt high-risk behaviors, such as the initiation of a precocious and unprotected sex life, excessive consumption of alcohol, drugs and tobacco at an early age. The objective of the research was to identify the risk factors that incite the adolescent to the early consumption of alcohol and drugs, to analyze the damage to the brain and more affected organs as the consequences that this has in the long term and to apply the Care Process of Nursing in patients with problems of alcoholism and drug addiction by coupling Marjory Gordon's nursing theory. The methodology used in the research was descriptive because it allowed the collection of information from updated bibliographic sources. With the Nursing Care Process a PAE was elaborated on the altered patterns to respond to the needs of the patient, achieving their prompt recovery.
