Abstract
Esta situación afecta a las partes, ya que si no existiera la limitante ya mencionada los cónyuges pudieran asistir a un Notario para tramitar su divorcio por mutuo consentimiento, siempre y cuando estén resueltas las obligaciones de los padres hacia los hijos menores de edad, tal cual ocurre en la legislación internacional cercana como es Colombia, Cuba, y Perú.

This situation affects the parties, and that without the aforementioned limiting spouses could attend a notary to arrange a divorce by mutual consent, provided that the obligations of parents towards their minor children are settled, as is It occurs in close international law as Colombia, Cuba, and Peru.
