Abstract
Tax control is the set of actions and processes carried out by an entity to supervise and enforce tax laws and ensure that taxpayers comply with their tax obligations. The objective of this work is to analyze tax control within the framework of the regulation of compliance with obligations in the company TRANSHERMHER S.A. The research work consists of a mixed methodological approach, which refers to integrating qualitative and quantitative methods; Furthermore, the work maintains a descriptive typology, since it specifies the way in which the fulfillment of obligations in the institution is carried out. The study technique is carried out through a survey, in order to collect information from the financial department by applying a questionnaire, and thus have a clear idea of all aspects of tax control within TRANSHERMHER S.A.

El control tributario es el conjunto de acciones y procesos que lleva a cabo una entidad para supervisar y hacer cumplir las leyes fiscales y asegurarse de que los contribuyentes cumplan con sus obligaciones tributarias. El objetivo del presente trabajo es analizar el control tributario dentro del marco de la regulación del cumplimiento de obligaciones en la empresa TRANSHERMHER S.A. El trabajo de investigación consta de un enfoque metodológico mixto, el cual hace referencia a integrar métodos cualitativos y cuantitativos; además, el trabajo mantiene una tipología descriptiva, ya que se puntualiza la manera en la que se lleva el cumplimiento de obligaciones en la institución. La técnica de estudio se lleva a cabo mediante la encuesta, con el fin de recolectar la información del departamento financiero mediante la aplicación de un cuestionario, y así tener una idea clara de todos los aspectos sobre el control tributario dentro de TRANSHERMHER S.A.
