Abstract
The objective of this research study is to know the norms, both international rights, as well as accounting and taxation. inductive research which observes, studies and knows all the common or generic qualities that are developed in a group of contexts for the elaboration of an assumption or scientific law of the general nature; the accounting and tax treatment are the main axes for the solution of the present case as a result of the determination of the sale of the real estate is exempt from tax taxes according to the mark of the law.

El presente estudio de investigación tiene como objetivo conocer las normas tanto nacionales como internacionales con respecto a la contabilidad y tributación lo que permitirá establecer el correcto tratamiento contable y tributario en la venta del bien inmueble de la empresa en el año 2017, aplicando el método de investigación inductivo el cual observa, estudia y conoce todas las cualidades comunes o genéricas que se demuestran en un grupo de contextos para la elaboración de un supuesto o ley científica de índole general; el tratamiento contable y tributario son los ejes principales para la solución del presente caso como conclusión se determinó que la venta del bien inmueble es exenta de impuestos tributarios según lo marca la ley.
