Abstract

This titling work allows analyzing the supply chain for the optimization of resources and competitiveness of the company Arfuc S.A, in the province of El Oro, where the marketing company is engaged in the sale of household appliances. The research is based on the analysis of the processes in the acquisition of the merchandise from the supplier, in which it will be commercialized, for direct sale to the customer. In which there are steps for the optimal operation of the supply chain, in this case it will improve the times in the delivery of merchandise to the customer, this will help the company, be competitive and obtain more efficient results, with analyzes founded by the author.
