Abstract

Companies currently seek to succeed in their investments, generate maximum profitability and decrease the level of risk required by an investment to a greater extent. Their financial decisions are based on excelling and being pioneers, so the objective of the research was to make a comparative analysis between the different investment options that seek the highest return. The case study was previously solved where the descriptive and transversal method was used, which allowed obtaining results of the operations through the application of different financial tools such as NPV, IRR and FV to make the best investment decision.
