dc.descriptionEl presente trabajo de investigación hace referencia a los vacíos, irregularidades y deficiencias en la investigación, juzgamiento y sanción de delitos de femicidio y las actuaciones de funcionarios judiciales, por lo cual se describe el enfoque epistemológico de referencia se indica las instituciones jurídicas; y, las demás bases teóricas de la investigación referente al objeto de estudio, tenemos violencia contra las mujeres, la vida como derecho fundamental, femicidio como forma extrema del continuum de violencia, femicidio vs asesinato, elementos de convicción para acusar y probar el delito de femicidio, marco teórico sustentado en libros, revistas jurídico científicas por lo que se extrae la información de diferentes páginas web para una profunda investigación.es_ES
dc.description.abstractThis research work refers to the gaps, irregularities and deficiencies in the investigation, trial and punishment of crimes of femicide and the actions of judicial officials. the epistemological approach of reference is described that is the legal institutions; and, the other theoretical bases of the research regarding the object of study, we have violence against women, life as a fundamental right, femicide as an extreme form of the continuum of violence, femicide vs. murder, elements of conviction to accuse and prove the crime of femicide, etc., theoretical framework supported by books, scientific legal journals and information from different web pages.es_ES
