| dc.description | Los cambios de humor o de ánimo se presentan en cualquier etapa de la vida, ocasionalmente, todos nos sentimos melancólicos o tristes, pero estos sentimientos, por lo general, son pasajeros y desaparecen en unos días. Pero cuando una persona tiene un trastorno depresivo, este interfiere con la vida diaria y en el desempeño normal causando dolor, tanto para quien padece el trastorno como para quienes se preocupan por él paciente. Este estudio de investigación tiene como objetivo fundamentar de manera científica un diagnóstico psicopatológico del estudio de un caso clínico documentado y demostrar la efectividad del modelo cognitivo conductual como tratamiento, mediante un análisis bibliográfico exhaustivo. La metodología aplicada en el presente trabajo, se efectuó bajo la realización de un diseño no experimental con un enfoque descriptivo – explicativo. Como resultado de la investigación, se comprueba la importancia de la utilidad de dicho modelo, dado la evidencia científica en el tratamiento reduciendo la sintomatología como las experiencias psicóticas y su angustia asociada al trastorno. | es_ES |
| dc.description.abstract | Mood or mood swings occur at any stage of life, occasionally, we all feel melancholy or sad, but these feelings are usually transient and disappear in a few days. When a person has a depressive disorder, it interferes with daily life and normal performance causing pain for both those with the disorder and those who care about him or her. This research study aims to scientifically inform a psychopathological diagnosis of the study of a documented clinical case and demonstrate the effectiveness of the cognitive behavioral model as a treatment, through an analysis in-depth literature. The methodology applied in this work, was carried out under the realization of a non-experimental design with a descriptive – explanatory approach. As a result of the research, the importance of the usefulness of this model is proven, given the scientific evidence in the treatment reducing symptomatology as psychotic experiences and its anguish associated with the disorder. | es_ES |
