Abstract

The present practical research work that has as content of the topic "weighting of fundamental rights as a way" to settle the relevance of substitution of preventive detention of young offenders within which is presented on a special topic that they are offending adolescents within our legal system, in which we will find out about the relevant proceedings. Within this research that has been executed, has been considered concepts based on the weighting in terms of replacement of preventive detention of young offenders.

This work has failed to be probes, since by the subject it is very important when considered important within the sphere of global because it is a very important issue and is thus that so many scholar talk about the topic within their various scientific as well as papers in conferences in which talk about the protection of the rights of adolescents, which remain vulnerable to failure to comply with his majority of age.
