Estrategias metodológicas para mejorar la lectura comprensiva en ciencias naturales de séptimo año EGB Ciudad de Quito periodo 2021-2022

Abstract

The realization of the present investigation is based on the lack of teacher training to use methodological strategies in the area of Natural Sciences, a problem evidenced in the seventh year EGB students of the City of Quito, period 2021-2022, who through surveys have demonstrated the lack and absence of application of the same and therefore the difficulty of understanding a text of the referred subject, reflecting the deficit of interpretation and construction of new concepts of the subject. In this sense, the main theoretical argument that guides this educational thesis is based on improving and strengthening reading comprehension in the subject of Natural Sciences, the construction of new knowledge and concepts to achieve cognitive development in the student. Therefore, it is necessary to improve the integral pedagogical development of the teacher, since it will allow knowing the difficulties that arise in the face of the learning of their students, thus being able to apply innovative methodological strategies that give favorable results for the students.
