Abstract
Durante mucho tiempo el Turismo ha sido una fuente de ingresos muy desarrollada donde la materia prima es utilizada para la realización de muchas actividades económicas, entre ellas tenemos el servicio en bares y restaurantes los cuales tienen como objetivo brindar un excelente servicio aplicando cursos de Mise en Place previo al servicio en Bares Y Restaurantes para optimizar la cobertura en tiempos teniendo en cuenta las prioridades que el cliente desea de una manera organizada, rápida y eficaz donde el capital humano está totalmente capacitado de acuerdo al cargo que va a desempeñar, es decir a la preparación del servicio requerido, los turistas se han vuelto la principal fuente de ingreso es por ello la aplicación de los procesos mise en place en los establecimientos antes nombrados es necesaria para poder brindar un servicio de calidad y llegar a la satisfacción del cliente superando las expectativas requeridas.

For a long time Tourism has been a source of highly developed income where raw materials are used for many economic activities, among them we have the service in bars and restaurants which aim to provide an excellent service by applying Mise en Place prior to the service in Bars and Restaurants to optimize the coverage in times taking into account the priorities that the client wishes in an organized, fast and efficient way where the human capital is fully trained according to the position that will be performed, that is to say the preparation of the required service, tourists have become the main source of income is therefore the application of the mise processes in place in the above-named establishments is necessary to provide quality service and reach customer satisfaction beating expectations required.
