Abstract

Understanding what are the best routes for the distribution of its products is one of the most studied aspects in a company, it is because of this premise that the present work focuses on finding the best transport method applied to a case study, making use of linear programming techniques, which are studied in the discipline of operations research, which provide the necessary tools to determine the best model to follow. Taking into account a methodological approach of a descriptive type oriented towards what we should do, starting at the same time from the theoretical bases found through the bibliographic review of scientific articles, books and internet pages, which are related to the topic to be treated and serve as sustenance for the present work. In this way it is expected to obtain an optimal result and in turn acquire the relevant knowledge that allows excellent performance in a professional field, in situations of similar complexity.
