| dc.description | This research is aimed at complying with the departmental objectives of the Free Legal Practice that works on the campus of the Technical University of Machala, through this investigation will determine and control the functions of this department, verify that the staff working within This office is trained and competent to designate tasks to be fulfilled through stated objectives. With the passage of time the research will serve to comply with and enforce the guidelines required by the Technical University of Machala, with the link with the community, the tools that will be used will be the observation to verify the procedures they carry out and the planned activities to be developed directWith the user who in this case can be the students of the University or the community in general. According to the investigation of this case if the results are favorable we will verify and we will propose a style of concurrent control that improves the future results of each case or legal problem. In order to gather information, we will use the tool of the survey where the questions will be directed to clear the concerns since later, after completing the study of this case, we will reach favorable conclusions for the Free Legal practice of the Technical University of Machala. | es_ES |
| dc.description.abstract | Esta investigación esta direccionada a hacer cumplir con los objetivos departamentales del Consultorio Jurídico Gratuito que funciona en el campus de la Universidad Técnica de Machala, mediante esta investigación se determinara y se controlara las funciones que cumple este departamento, verificar que el personal que labora dentro de este consultorio éste capacitado y sea competente para la designación de tareas a cumplir mediante objetivos planteados. Con el pasar del tiempo la investigación nos servirá para cumplir y hacer cumplir con los lineamientos que exige la Universidad Técnica de Machala, con la vinculación con la comunidad, las herramientas que se utilizaran será la observación para verificar los procedimientos que llevan a cabo y las actividades planificadas a desarrollar directamente con el usuario que en este caso pueden ser las y los estudiantes de Universidad o la comunidad en general. De acuerdo a la investigación de este caso si los resultados son favorables verificaremos y plantearemos un estilo de control concurrente que mejore los resultados a futuro de cada caso o problema legal. Para recabar información se utilizara la herramienta de la encuesta en donde las preguntas serán dirigidas para despejar las inquietudes ya que posteriormente al terminar el estudio de este caso práctico llegaremos a conclusiones favorables para el Consultorio Jurídico Gratuito de la Universidad Técnica de Machala. | es_ES |
