In this work, consumer behavior is analyzed when acquiring a real estate, through a descriptive - qualitative investigation where the SPSS-23 software is used for the processing of the form data made to 824 people, analyzing two several that They are the type of housing and location.

En el presente trabajo se analiza el comportamiento del consumidor a la hora de adquirir un bien inmueble, mediante una investigación descriptiva – cualitativa donde se utiliza el software SPSS-23 para el procesamiento de los datos del formulario realizado a 824 personas, analizando dos variables que son el tipo de vivienda y la ubicación.
