| dc.description | En el 2do grado de la “Escuela de Educación Básica 11 de Noviembre”, ubicada en el Cantón de Arenillas, en la Parroquia Arenillas, se ha evidenciado el caso de un estudiante de 6 años que presenta Autismo, donde se observa dificultad en ciertas habilidades cognitivas y aprendizaje escolar. Se plantea como objetivo general: determinar la relación existente entre las habilidades cognitivas y el aprendizaje escolar en un estudiante con autismo. El enfoque empleado es el cualitativo, que permite explicar, interpretar y analizar al objeto de estudio. Esta investigación es de tipo descriptivo, busca dar a conocer características relevantes sobre el objeto de estudio en relación con sus habilidades cognitivas y su aprendizaje escolar. Tiene un enfoque neuropsicológico. Los instrumentos de valoración que se usan en este estudio de caso son: Cuestionario de Madurez Neuropsicológica Infantil (CUMANIN), Cuestionario de Evaluación de Problemas de Aprendizaje (CEPA) y Escala de Observación para el Diagnóstico del Autismo (ADOS 2). A partir de los resultados obtenidos se comprobó que el estudiante con autismo presenta alteraciones significativas en sus habilidades cognitivas, se evidencia un déficit en su psicomotricidad, lenguaje, percepción, memoria y atención. Así mismo, el niño muestra tener dificultades en su aprendizaje escolar, de manera que refleja tener limitaciones para la recepción de la información, la expresión del lenguaje oral, la atención, concentración, memoria, las matemáticas y comete errores de lectura y escritura. Por ende, se corroboró que el niño presenta dificultades en el desarrollo de sus habilidades cognitivas, las que afectan significativamente su aprendizaje escolar. | es_ES |
| dc.description.abstract | In the 2nd grade of the "Escuela de Educación Básica 11 de Noviembre", located in the Canton Arenillas, in the Arenillas parish, the case of a 6-year-old student with Autism has been evidenced, where difficulty is observed in certain cognitive skills and school learning. The general objective is: to determine the relationship between cognitive skills and school learning in a student with autism. The approach used is qualitative, which allows for explaining, interpreting, and analyzing the subject of study. This research is descriptive, it seeks to reveal relevant characteristics of the object of study in relation to their cognitive skills and their school learning. It has a neuropsychological approach. The assessment instruments used in this case study are Child Neuropsychological Maturity Questionnaire (CUMANIN), Learning Difficulties Questionnaire (CEPA), and Autism Diagnostic Observation Schedule (ADOS-2). Based on the results obtained, it was verified that the student with autism presents significant alterations in her cognitive skills, a deficit is evidenced in her psychomotor skills, language, perception, memory, and attention. Likewise, the child shows difficulties in his school learning, so he reflects having limitations in the reception of information, the expression of oral language, attention, concentration, memory, and mathematics, and making reading and writing errors. Therefore, it was confirmed that the child presents difficulties in the development of his cognitive skills, which significantly affect his school learning. | es_ES |
