El bullying en el conflicto escolar de la escuela de educación básica Israel, cantón Pasaje, provincia de El Oro

Abstract

This essay aims to expose bullying as a phenomenon that negatively influences school conflicts, causing the educational process for both the aggressor and the victim to be affected. The objective of this research is to describe the incidence of bullying and the alternatives of resolution in the basic education school Israel of the Cantón Pasaje, province of El Oro. The problem is elaborated from a theoretical aspect, based on a bibliographic review of contributions generated by the use of scientific journals that confer credibility to the research process of which this essay is subject. The research is also based on a qualitative approach, the same one that could make a general study of the students and their environment in the educational environment. The results of this research can provide a contribution to the development of prevention and intervention strategies on this problem, in which it commits both the institution and the parents and students in order to allow an adequate social interaction that generates competencies that favor a integral development. It is worth mentioning that intra-family problems and the lack of parental attention to children's behavior directly influence their behavior, where it is reflected in the classroom. According to the complexity of the problem, the intervention of the social worker is proposed, through his role as a mediator within the school context and in turn raising awareness of companionship and school coexistence.
