| dc.description | El presente trabajo de investigación abordó el problema de brindar la solución de cimentación más económica para el edificio, ubicado en la Avenida 6 de Diciembre de la ciudad de Quito, que se ubica en un terreno con capacidad portante 2.581 kg cm2. Se idearon dos opciones de solución la primera incluía el uso exclusivo de zapatas corridas, y la segunda una losa de cimentación. Con el fin de conocer las dimensiones de cada opción de cimentación, con lo que se podría formular la configuración necesaria de las dos cimentaciones. Como resultado, se obtuvo que la cimentación adecuada para este edificio de 5 pisos es la primera opción la zapata corrida es la más factible y más económica para ser construida. | es_ES |
| dc.description.abstract | The present research work addressed the problem of providing the most economical foundation solution for the building, located on Avenida 6 de Diciembre in the city of Quito, which is located on land with a bearing capacity 2,581 kg cm2. Two solution options were devised the first included the exclusive use of running footings, and the second a foundation slab. In order to know the dimensions of each foundation option, with which the necessary configuration of the two foundations could be formulated.
