Abstract

The present investigation tries to maximize the profits of the furniture factory the Artisan S.A for which the simplex method of linear programming was used in which case a theoretical foundation is made. Hence the investigation of operations as a management tool, allows to represent the multiple variants of decision and thus be able to level the limited resources in function of making better decisions, aiming to maximize the profits of the furniture factory the Artisan S.A. Linear programming is very important for all types of companies, whether it is for making decisions when maximizing profits, reducing costs or efficiently distributing the company's materials.
