En esta investigación se elaborarán entrevistas a los principales vendedores de la ciudad, una vez identificadas las nuevas tendencias, esta ayudara a conocer los potenciales clientes de este producto con la finalidad de analizar los resultados obtenidos por las entrevistas.es_ES
dc.description.abstractThis research has been prepared with the purpose of knowing the new trends and tastes of Cupcakes consumers in the city of Machala, will help as a contribution to knowledge for small entrepreneurs and microentrepreneurs who feel capable of carrying out an activity in the line of pastries . In this investigation interviews will be carried out with the main sellers of the city, once the new trends have been identified, it will help to know the potential customers of this product in order to analyze the results obtained by the interviews.es_ES
