| dc.description | Ser emprendedor es sin lugar a dudas una tarea muy arriesgada que con lleva responsabilidades, sin embargo, en la vida se deben tomar ciertos riesgos y elegir grandes oportunidades para poder llegar al éxito. En la actualidad se apuesta plenamente en la juventud ya que tienen ideas innovadoras de gran acogida y generalmente por sus estudios académicos pueden lograr triunfar y ser exitosos en el mundo empresarial, sin embargo, en ciertos casos no es posible hacer realidad estas ideas por diferentes tipos de situaciones, como falta ingresos, falta de tiempo, miedo a tomar riesgos entre otros detonantes que estudiaremos a lo largo de esta investigación.Por lo tanto, la presente investigación tiene como objetivo analizar el impacto de los emprendimientos de jóvenes en la ciudad de Machala – El Oro - Ecuador- La metodología parte desde una etapa descriptiva y la revisión documental a través de fuentes secundarias es el punto de partida para la construcción del marco teórico, con el fin de dar un respaldo científico a la investigación. Los resultados, determinan que el emprendimiento mejora la calidad de vida de las personas, generando empleos a la sociedad en el ámbito comercial, los encuestados afirma que el emprendimiento solventa las necesidades básicas de las personas, dando la obtención de beneficios tanto económicos como de salud. | es_ES |
| dc.description.abstract | Being an entrepreneur is undoubtedly a very risky task that carries responsibilities, however, in life you must take certain risks and choose great opportunities in order to achieve success. At present, youth are fully invested in since they have innovative ideas that are widely accepted and, generally, due to their academic studies, they can succeed and be successful in the business world, however, in certain cases it is not possible to make these ideas a reality due to different types of situations, such as lack of income, lack of time, fear of taking risks, among other triggers that we will study throughout this investigation. Therefore, this research aims to analyze the impact of youth entrepreneurship in the city of Machala - El Oro - Ecuador The methodology starts from a descriptive stage and the documentary review through secondary sources is the starting point for the construction of the theoretical framework, in order to give scientific support to the research. The results determine that entrepreneurship improves the quality of life of people, generating jobs for society in the commercial field, the respondents affirm that entrepreneurship solves the basic needs of people, giving both economic and health benefits. | es_ES |
