Abstract

This research is based on the Organic Code of Trade and Investment Production (COPCI). Where we will find the detailed information to identify the type of contravention committed by the collaborating carrier of the company ROMA S.A. on the border of Rumichaca where he refused to collaborate with the National Customs Service of Ecuador (SENAE). In the course of the elaboration of the case, the necessary processes that must be applied to the carrier for their respective judgment will be described, for that act where they refuse to collaborate with Customs surveillance. In this investigation the development of the practical case will be elaborated. Where the contravention is from the beginning to the end of the procedures and documentation so that the carrier can cancel his sanction which is ten unified basic salaries and how to proceed to its cancellation.
