Técnicas de reproducción asistida en pacientes con síndrome de Turner: una revisión sistemática de la literatura.

Abstract

Turner syndrome is a genetic condition that affects women, who present challenges in fertility and complications in pregnancy. The study aims to investigate the effectiveness of Assisted Reproduction Techniques in patients with Turner Syndrome, so exhaustive searches were carried out in databases such as Cochrane, PubMed and SCOPUS. The results showed that in patients with Turner syndrome there is evidence that in vitro fertilization (IVF), egg donation and genetic preimplantation (PGD), among others, are valuable strategies to overcome the reproductive challenges inherent to the syndrome. highlight the effectiveness of these ARTs in providing women with Turner syndrome the opportunity to conceive and experience motherhood.
