| dc.description.abstract | Por aquellas situaciones que se presentan en el diario vivir y no tener el tiempo necesario para recibir los alimentos y la ciudadanía se ve obligada adquirir productos que les ofrece el entorno y muchos casos son comidas que perjudican al metabolismo del cuerpo, teniendo un desorden alimenticio perjudicando a la salud de quienes lo consumen ocasionando enfermedades, por ello surge la idea de este nuevo Yogurt a base de una semilla que es la almendra que ayudaría para la necesidad; aprovechando que la almendra tiene sus vitaminas como son B1, B2, PP, C, A, D, E, rica en calcio, Hierro, grasas saludables; obteniendo mejoras en el organismo, en su estado alimenticio, reduce también el riesgo de padecer enfermedades cardiovasculares, excelente para el cerebro, logrando así tener resultado favorables al consumir de este producto, puede este ser consumido por personas que tiene diabetes, debido a su nivel calórico es adecuado para consumirla entre comidas; con los diferentes aspecto tomados e investigación se ha determinado la factibilidad de este proyecto y tener un precio de venta que esté acorde con nuestros costos, inversión, gastos y conforme a la posibilidad que tiene el consumidor para obtener el producto, logrando como resultado la aceptación por parte de la población de Machala ya que no cuenta con un Yogurt que este elaborado a base de Almendras, su presentación se realizara en un frasco de 200g para dar facilidad a quien lo lleve sea niños o adultos su identificación será por medio del nombre Yurtmendras. | es_ES |
