| dc.description | The present work investigative this focused on the analysis of the importance of the professional ethics and the role of the Social Worker opposite to the new professional challenges of profession, the ethics there studies the good one and evil behavior of the individuals and of the company, same that depends on the formation on each one on the human beings and on how he acquires values and applies them in his life, his application is important because inside his application values are included as the responsibility, the respect, the reliability, the confidentiality, the honesty between others, which will allow that the professional occupation should be of high impact and relevancy. The moment to strengthen the ethics and the application of the values is in the first stages of development of the children and girls, because it is when they are formed to be responsible adults, because to want to change an adult who already is formed is a task difficult to carry out because of it from the infancy must fortify the application of the ethics in order that of adults they have a high professional ethics. Nevertheless independently of the area in that the professional of Social Work works always it is going to fulfill roles and functions that will change depending on the area in the one that is unrolled, between the roles that the Social Worker fulfills the following ones are: manager, informal educator, promoter, mediator, consultant / counselor, executor of programs, articulator of networks. | es_ES |
| dc.description.abstract | El presente trabajo investigativo este enfocado al análisis de la importancia de la ética profesional y el rol del Trabajador Social frente a los nuevos retos profesionales de profesión, la ética estudia el buen y mal comportamiento de los individuos y de la sociedad, misma que depende de la formación de cada uno de los seres humanos y de cómo adquiere valores y los aplica en su vida, su aplicación es importante porque dentro de su aplicación están incluidos valores como la responsabilidad, el respeto, la confiabilidad, la confidencialidad, la honestidad entre otros, los cuales permitirán que el quehacer profesional sea de alto impacto y relevancia. El momento de fortalecer la ética y la aplicación de los valores es en las primeras etapas de desarrollo de los niños y niñas, porque es cuando se están formando para ser adultos responsables, porque querer cambiar a un adulto que ya está formado es una tarea difícil de llevar a cabo por eso desde la infancia se debe fortalecer la aplicación de la ética para que de adultos tengan una elevada ética profesional. Sin embargo independientemente del área en el que el profesional de Trabajo Social labore siempre va a cumplir roles y funciones que cambiarán dependiendo del área en el que se desenvuelva, entre los roles que cumple el Trabajador Social están los siguientes: gestor, educador informal, promotor, mediador, consultor / orientador, ejecutador de programas, articulador de redes. | es_ES |
