Abstract

Social Work is a profession that plays a fundamental role in society, promotes social change and development, solving problems in human relationships and strengthening people to increase well-being, in addition, it has a range of areas to intervene, such as education, judicial, labor, social protection, among others. For this reason, of the intervention in the work environment of the social worker, this essay seeks to know the incidence of labor legislation in the intervention of the Palmar Corporation worker and the main role of the Social Work professional in this area, the objective The proposal is to analyze the incidence of labor legislation in the intervention of the worker of the Palmar Corporation of the city of Machala and the main role of the Social Work professional in this area. The methodology used was based on documentary inquiry and bibliographic research, likewise, it has the compendium of information from scientific texts and articles, which allows greater credibility and have updated information.
