| dc.description | El presente trabajo trata sobre el rol del trabajador social dentro de una empresa, resaltando su papel ya que representa una figura fundamental para el área de recursos humanos, influyendo en las funciones de las mismas principalmente en el área interna para el mejoramiento de la productividad, identificando el tipo de intervención ya sea individual, con casos, grupos o comunitario, dependiendo la necesidad que requiera la empresa, relacionando la administración y al sector que pertenece la empresa. Esta investigación se llevó a cabo mediante una metodología de nivel descriptiva y bibliográfica que se basó en analizar las funciones del trabajador social, sus características principales, así como también sus fortalezas y debilidades que intervienen en su gestión organizacional. Como resultado se obtuvo que el trabajador social es un profesional que brindar orientación, apoyo, acompañamiento o ayuda a los trabajadores frente alguna situación adversa a la normal que se encuentre atravesado, mediante sus funciones y roles principales de intervención dentro de la empresa como lo son la atención directa, preventiva, planificativa, evaluadora, de mediación y supervisión para el mejoramiento de la productividad y relación laboral. | es_ES |
| dc.description.abstract | This work deals with the role of the social worker within a company, highlighting his role since he represents a fundamental figure for the human resources area, influencing their functions mainly in the internal area for the improvement of productivity, identifying the type of intervention either individual, with cases, groups or community, depending on the need that the company requires, relating the administration and the sector that the company belongs to. This research was carried out using a descriptive and bibliographic level methodology that was based on analyzing the functions of the social worker, their main characteristics, as well as their strengths and weaknesses that intervene in their organizational management. As a result, it was obtained that the social worker is a professional who provides guidance, support, accompaniment or help to workers in the face of any adverse situation to the normal one that they are going through, through their functions and main intervention roles within the company, such as direct, preventive, planning, evaluative, mediation and supervisory care for the improvement of productivity and labor relations. | es_ES |
