Abstract

Service quality is crucial for hospital success, driving competitiveness and patient satisfaction. In the healthcare sector, quality management seeks to apply knowledge and technology to improve outcomes and reduce unwanted effects, helping patients recover their physical and mental health. The literature review methodology for the topic "Design of an implementation plan for the ISO 7101:2023 standard for health centers" focused on the exhaustive exploration of various information sources. A systematic search was conducted in academic databases such as PubMed, Scopus, and Google Scholar, using keywords such as "ISO 7101," "implementation," "health center," "quality," "management," "requirements," and their English equivalents. The implementation of the ISO 7101:2023 standard in a health center is a fundamental step towards improving the quality of services offered and ensuring compliance with international standards. Designing an implementation plan requires a detailed analysis of current conditions, the identification of gaps in existing processes, and the establishment of clear and achievable goals that allow the center to align with the requirements of the standard.
